Rwanda Swimming Federation Heads of Clubs and Executive committee members attend Workshop for two days
Twenty four members of Rwanda Swimming Association are in two days for the 2021 workshop looking for the development of the game.

The workshop is jointly organized by Rwanda Swimming Federation take place at the Olympic Hotel.
For the second time, the body’s executive committee headed by president Pamela Girimbabazi organize general assembly held on Sunday .
Members of association are involved in various workshops on coordination between local association and clubs throughout the remainder of the competitions this year and next year.
“These workshops are of paramount importance and are very ideal for the coming days because with the competitions”, said President Girimbabazi.
In the workshop include 15 Clubs leaders and nine of Executive committee
Among the topics to be covered will be, Development, Commercial and Marketing, Media, Competition and Financial matters.
They look at the Aquatics Leadership Development Workshop objectives, Capacity building on, Long term strategic planning of the club. Development of swimming capacities in our clubs
Others include Strategies for improving the club funds and sponsorship. Marketing the activities of the clubs in our community
Former Rwanda international athlete added that his team is hoping to acquire more knowledge on the logistical arrangements and bets practices in hosting and visiting in the qualifiers.
During workshop all members Association present whose objectives include consolidating the bond and network among all clubs and key programs.
Meanwhile RSF has partnered with The Center for Global Sports which will facilitates, develops and implements large-scale sports strategies designed for economic growth and social development in emerging economies in Swimming.
The CEO of Center for Global sports Mr Robert Bayigamba and Board member of FINA Mr Dale Neuburger are the facilitators in this workshop.
